Challenge: Bolster the reach and impact of Gates Ventures’ Big History Project and its Open Educational Resources (OER) program, aiming to enrich educational experiences globally.

This research revealed insights into existing messaging and areas to strengthen internal DMT communications. The team reframed DMT around the concept of “YOU X DMT,” positioning it as a collaborative platform enabling Googlers to enhance their marketing efforts.
