Students are growing up in a technology-centric world where AI is driving change at an incredible rate. Developing new skills for jobs that don’t yet exist demands a broad systems-level approach to reshape learning for the future. In the face of AI’s impact, we find and structure new ways to evolve learning and answer the question: what is education now for?

The World Economic Forum reports ~39% of core worker skills will change by 2030. It’s economically unviable for companies to continuously replace employees, so workers must reskill continuously to keep pace with rapidly shifting industries, technologies and expectations. Learning how to upskill is now one of the biggest priorities in education.
